TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Intermingled Mono Yarn (BCF)

BCF technology, dosing, cooling and drafting results. It is obtained by puncturing with compressed air on the yarn in order not to disperse the filaments.

Frisian Mono Yarn (FRISE)

Twisted yarns are crimped between the two cylinders by thread compression method before being subjected to fixing and then steam is given on the yarn to make the yarn appear wavy. Then the same thread is subjected to the fixing process and the thread is given the permanent feature.

Fixed Mono Yarn (HEAT SET)

After the spinning process is completed, the yarn is again subjected to heat treatment, thus making the yarn more resistant to physical conditions.
